As a therapist I bring openness and curiosity to my therapeutic relationships. I have a natural capacity to hold complexity and a desire to understand how you’ve learned to survive in this world, by honoring the strategies you’ve used to adapt. Because these strategies often live outside of conscious awareness—they become “who we are”—it can be helpful to have another person hold up a mirror to your experience. At times this may challenge you.

My intention is to hold a safe and loving environment for you to take risks and grow. I believe that by deeply listening to and honoring your experience, your innate capacity to heal can emerge. I use my knowledge and intuition to guide you in this process.

I provide therapy to individuals working on many issues, including but not limited to:

  • Low-self-worth

  • Loss of desire

  • Rediscovering aliveness, joy, and pleasure

  • Finding your voice

  • Feeling comfortable in your body

  • Sex and sexuality

  • Body image

  • Intimacy and connection

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Embodiment

  • Discovering purpose / meaning
