“There is a divinely inspired potentiality for creative expression within each one of us that the world needs and is awaiting.”

-Eric Butterworth

I graduated from California Institute of Integral Studies, with a masters in counseling and a concentration in somatics. Somatics crossed my path by chance, when I took an undergraduate class titled “Embodiment and Agency.” At the time, I didn’t know the meaning of either word—but I let my curiosity guide me and it changed my life. Since then, I’ve been on a journey of discovery and have trained in several modalities, including The Tamura Method, Embodied Relational Sex Therapy, couples therapy, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy.

I’m naturally excited by life and I bring this spark to my work. I like exploring the edges of the familiar, and venturing into unknown territories. I’ve got a big heart and genuinely believe that if we find the courage to move towards connection, authenticity, and presence we can change.
